Nicholas Greenwood Onuf is renowned as one of the founders of constructivism in International Relations. I am not sure I see any exciting debates at this moment. I am not even sure we ever had a debate in the usual sense of the term. There have been moments better characterized as a parting of the ways. I like to think I participated in one in the late s. If such partings are generational as I think they are , then we should now be seeing another such moment.
